Sara Chandler, a Client Assistant with the Pifer Group, joined Baird in September 2025 with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and support.
Before joining Baird, Sara built more than five years of experience in financial services and life insurance, including four years at Federated Hermes. Her background includes resolving complex client inquiries, executing high volume financial transactions with accuracy, and collaborating across departments to enhance processes and service delivery. She also gained experience as a licensed Life Insurance Broker and as an Assistant Property Manager, expanding her skill set in communication, client care, and operational management.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Robert Morris University. Through a study abroad program in London, she also earned a Certificate in Global and International Studies, enriching her global business perspective.
Originally from Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, Sara values personal growth, meaningful relationships, and serving others well. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Aidan, taking their dog, Sunnie, for runs on the family property, listening to podcasts, reading the Bible, cooking and baking family recipes, and finding joy in homemaking
